Open Real player - do this by clicking on a video link on the church site if you don't have an icon to open realplayer.
Click Tools tab - on the top menu bar of realplayer
Click Preferences - bottom of the list
in the Connection section click Network Transports
in the top section under Network Transports select the box "Manually configure connection settings"
click RTSP settings button and clear all the check boxes except the "Attempt to use HTTP for all content"
Click OK
Click OK
