Technical Tips

If you have experienced the "Invalid Socket Error"  or other streaming problems click here for special instructions.

If your video stops from time to time.  Instead of re-connecting try stopping Real Player followed by pressing play on Real Player.

If the video becomes broken or foggy try Stop on Real Player followed by pressing Play on Real Player.

A high speed internet connection works best but if you are using dial-up the video will usually be broken or jumpy but the audio should be continuous.

If you are using high speed internet and the video is broken or jumpy you may need to adjust Real Player.  This can be done by going to the "Tools" tab in Real Player and selecting Preferences, then Connection.  Here you can tell Real Player what type of internet connection you are using.  It may be on dial-up and should be on high speed/Cable.

Do you get a black window at the top of each of these screens instead of the alternating photos and scrolling text?  You may need to update the Flash player by going here.

For more questions please feel free to Contact us here.
